"Showed up much later than expected"
They ended up arriving way too late, you’d think showing up on time would be the basic part of the job. I just didn’t find them reliable when it came to timing.

"Finally, a price that didn’t jump-scare me"
They told me the price right from the start, and I was weirdly relieved. No random mystery fees showing up later, no “surprise!” charges hiding in the fine print. I almost wanted to throw a parade because that basically never happens. Happy with the whole thing.

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
My experience with junkluggers.com was hit or miss, leaning more miss. The process ended up feeling more frustrating than it needed to be, and by the end I didn’t really feel like I got my money’s worth. Maybe others have better luck, but I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Pleasantly Surprised by the Crew"
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The crew showed up right on time, were really polite, and got the work done quicker than I expected. The price felt a little on the high side, but overall I had a good experience

"They were careful for the most..."
They were careful for the most part, actually, but they did end up scratching one of my walls. They apologized right away, which I appreciated, so overall it wasn’t a huge deal

"Scheduling was a hassle"
So... I tried to book a pickup, the scheduling was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The available times were limited, and I kept having to move things around to make it work. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle for me.

"Way too pricey for a small pickup"
They did take the junk away without any issue, but the price was way too high for how little stuff I had. I don’t know whoever runs this pricing, but it felt unreasonable to me. Definitely not worth it.

"Way better communication than other junk removal companies"
I had a really smooth experience with Junkluggers. They texted me ahead of time, called when they were on the way, and went over the price before they started doing anything. I’ve used other junk removal companies before where you’re just sitting around wondering if anyone is even coming, so this was a nice change. Everything was clear, easy, and stress-free.

"Quick pickup, but I felt a little rushed"
They showed up really fast and got everything done in no time. I was glad it was easy, but I felt a bit pressured to move quickly too.
